SENIOR SHAREHOLDER
Kevin Barrett’s experience spans a variety of practice areas, with an emphasis
in insurance coverage, insurance litigation and commercial litigation. He has
successfully argued civil procedure and insurance matters before the Arizona
Supreme Court and Arizona Court of Appeals; obtained a defense verdict in a
civil rights case against the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office; and secured a
multi-million dollar verdict on behalf of a Korean manufacturing company.
Kevin's insurance practice focuses on representations of insurers in bad faith
and complex insurance coverage litigation.
