Jay Graif's practice encompasses commercial litigation, construction law, insurance coverage disputes
and real estate transactions. For nearly two decades, he has
represented real estate developers, general contractors, homebuilders, municipalities and
insurance companies in Arizona, California and Nevada. He is an active member of many
local and national legal and business organizations, including the Home Builders
Association of Central Arizona, the Arizona Subcontractors
Association, Valley Partnership, the Arizona Association of
Defense Counsel and the Association of Southern California
