Jeffrey C. Matura
SENIOR SHAREHOLDER
Jeff Matura's practice emphasizes commercial litigation, commercial transactions
and tort liability. As a commercial litigator, he represents businesses and
individuals in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, fraud,
racketeering, wrongful termination, employment contract disputes, insurance
disputes and other civil matters.
In his tort liability practice, Jeff represents businesses and individuals in
claims for negligence, wrongful death, product liability and personal injury.
He also represents clients involved in commercial transactions. His work
includes contract negotiation and drafting, entity formation, and interpreting
shareholder, partnership and other business-related agreements.
